I’ve been researching “alternative health” for almost a decade now. In my opinion, looking after your own health is STILL the only way to maintain a genuinely healthy lifestyle.
I suffered from major depression for more years than I care to admit. My overall health – and my life in general – suffered massively. Anti-depressants nearly killed me.
