UltraLux General Warranty Terms

All Brand New UltraLux Health products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty including refurbished, open-box, or used products. Device-specific extensions or exceptions are outlined below after the general warranty terms.

In order for the warranty to apply, the item must be in like new condition, excluding the defect. Contact [email protected] with photo or video evidence of the defective item. Whether or not the item is covered under warranty is under full discretion of UltraLux Health. If the item is covered, a replacement item will be shipped to the customer at no cost to the customer.

If the defective item is not returned in like new condition (excluding the defect), UltraLux Health is still more than happy to replace or repair the item at a negotiated cost to the customer that is dependent on the damages.

Warranties are only valid for the original buyer. Our warranties cover labor, defective parts, and the return shipping of the new/repaired product to the customer. The cost of shipping the item to UltraLux Health is either A) Paid for by the customer B) Reimbursed if a valid warranty defect is found or C) Paid for by UltraLux in advance with a label if thorough pictures/video, a warranty defect can be proven before shipping.

In the case of defects, we shall fulfill all warranty obligations. Depending on the means available to us and your preferences, we will do one of the following:

  1. Provide a subsequent improvement (removal of the defect)
  2. Deliver a new replacement at no cost

If the replacement or repaired unit still has a valid warranty issue or defect after 1 of the above have occurred, UltraLux Health can offer further resolutions:

  1. A full refund of the remaining product cost (minus any international fees paid if applicable).
  2. Refund a portion of the order if the product still works for its main purposes and the customer wants to keep it.

Warranties do not cover:

  • Improper use of the product
  • Issues caused by a lack of basic maintenance
  • Improper installation
  • Any damage from abuse or misuse
  • Acts of God (including storms, flooding, fire, lightning, etc.)
  •  

ULTRALUX HEALTH IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE USE, INSTALLATION, OR OPERATION OF ITS PRODUCTS.

Device-Specific Warranty Terms

UltraLux Water Machine 3-Year Limited Warranty

All New (including “New – Visual-Defect”) UltraLux Water Machines come with an additional 2-Year Limited Warranty on major parts/components giving it a total of 3 years of coverage. This includes the repair of the unit but not the shipping to and from or full replacements. The warranty does not cover anything beyond what was sold and sent by UltraLux Health with the machine.

Do not attempt to open the machine beyond changing the filters unless given explicit instructions by customer support to do so. Opening the unit without instruction will void your warranty.

Red Light Therapy Panels

All Red Light Panels (Max, Mini, and Pro) have an additional 1-year manufacturer defect warranty for a total of 2 years of coverage.

Qi/Waveguard Devices

All new Qi Devices purchased from UltraLux Health come with a 1-Year Manufacturer Defects Warranty as described in the General Warranty terms.

The types of defects that could apply to the warranty are:

  • Cracked wood
  • Discolored copper (chemically changing)
  • The seals of the wood and copper breaking or coming undone
  • Scratches under the finish of the wood
  • The internal components inside the device come loose with no sign of exterior damage from dropping, hitting, or internal damage from being left in extreme weather conditions.

If you are out of the warranty period but think something might be wrong, consider trading in your old device through our Continuous Protection Policy.

pEMF MAT WARRANTY

Standard Manufacturer WarrantyAll PEMF mats and accessories come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Extended UltraLux Health WarrantyAll new UltraLux Health PEMF Mats (including “New-Visual Defect/Open Box” units) receive an additional 2-year manufacturer defect warranty, providing a total of 3 years of comprehensive coverage from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered:
  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Electrical component failures under normal use
  • Controller malfunctions
  • Heating element defects

 

What’s Not Covered:
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality

 

RETURN POLICY: PEMF Mat & Accessory Returns90-Day Return Window

PEMF mats and accessories may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
Return Fees:
  • 5% restocking fee
  • 5% hygiene cleaning fee
  • Total: 10% deduction from refund amount

 

Return Condition Requirements:Products must be returned in resalable condition. We reserve the right to make additional deductions from your refund based on the condition of returned items, including but not limited to:
  • Missing components or accessories
  • Excessive wear, stains, or odors
  • Damage beyond normal testing use
  • Missing or damaged original packaging

 

In cases where returned products are deemed unsalable due to damage, excessive use, or hygiene concerns, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly, up to and including denying the refund entirely.

Return Process:

  1. Contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  2. Send a video of the issue to our customer service team for review
  3. Upon approval, securely package all items in original packaging when possible
  4. Include all accessories, manuals, and components
  5. Ship to the provided return address with tracking

 

Important: Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items. The final refund amount will reflect any applicable fees and condition-based deductions.

Replacement Product Warranty

If a product you originally purchased had a defect and was replaced under warranty, the replacement product has a limited 180-day warranty. If the replacement has a warranty issue, the end of the warranty period for the replacement product is either 180 days from the ship date of the replacement, or the regular warranty period end date for the original purchase, whichever is later. For example, if you purchased and were shipped a Red Max panel on January 1, 2024 your regular warranty period would end on December 31, 2025. But if you were shipped a warranty replacement Red Max panel on August 1, 2025 your warranty for that replacement panel would end on February 1, 2026.
